Marc Persoons, Managing Director of the Periskal Group was present at the dissemination Programme of the EU IRIS-2 project in Odessa and Nikolaev from the 14th till the 16th of April 2009. An overview of the latest of possibilities of River Information Services was given at the headquarters of Delta Pilot in Nikolaev.

On the 24th of February 2009 the kick off meeting of the RISING project took place in Brussels, Belgium. The Periskal group is an important partner in this Eu funded project.
